Lorin has been a successful entrepreneur a few times over. In the early 90’s, she started, with a partner, a technology company and built it to a 3+ million dollar firm. They then sold it and merged it with an entity where she had the opportunity to sit on the executive team to take the company public in 2000. She left that position after 2.5 years and became certified as a coach.
She authored her first book, From Entrepreneur to Big Fish: 7 Principles to Wild Success. She was a contributing author, along with Steven Covey, in the book: Roadmap to Success. In 2011, Lorin published her next book SPLASH! How Women Business Owners Dive Into Success.
Lorin has been sharing her unique and powerful perspectives for Entrepreneurs across the continent for international organizations such as: National Association of Women Business Owners, Canada’s Women in Business National Expo, Sales and Marketing Executives, Young Entrepreneurs Organization, eWomenNetwork as well as large Chambers and Associations.
Lorin is also a co-host on the Kathryn Zox Radio show on Voice America. Their show was the most listened to show on Voice America in 2009! in 2010, Lorin was recognized by the International Stevie’s and received two prestigious awards: Women Supporting Women Award as well as Mentor of the Year.
